Online Audio in Libraries question?

Hello everyone,
Is anyone using online audio resources extensively to help their patrons
find sound files? I am doing a brief presentation on online audio
resources and wondering if anyone has some experience with this or a set
of links to begin my research? Thanks. Opinions and advice are also
