How do I turn off the Netscape Quality Feedback Agent?
Solution:
Windows
1.From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs,
Netscape Communicator, Utilities, Netscape Quality
Feedback Agent. The Netscape Quality Feedback Agent
window will open.
2.Go to the Settings menu and select Turn Agent Off.
Macintosh
1.Open the Hard drive, then open the Netscape
Communicator folder.
2.In the Netscape Communicator folder, locate the
Talkback folder.
3.Drag it to a location outside of the Netscape
Communicator folder.
