OCLC SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Responsibilities: Handles sales and promotion of library products and
services. Travels to libraries, conferences, regional meetings, and conducts
presentations to individuals and groups. Travel required (40%) in Ohio and
parts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. 
 
Required: Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with libraries.  Ability to present
solutions to librarians.  Experience in presenting library solutions and
products at conferences and regional meetings.  Minimum of three years
relevant experience in customer service in the not-for-profit world.
Ability to work with limited supervision, set priorities, manage time,
organize, and exercise initiative and good judgment. Valid Ohio driver's
license or ability to obtain one.  
 
Desired: familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.  
 
Salary: Starting in the upper 30's.
