Hosted calendar applications?

Greetings, Gentlefolk,

I'm trying to locate any web based, calendar applications that are hosted by
a third party, much in the same vein as web based email or mailing list
services.  Ideally I'd like something that anyone can submit to, but with
adminstrative access for editing or deleting entries.  I've heard that such
things exist, but my initial search turns up only applications that would
have to be installed on your own server.  Can anyone offer any pointers?
