Customizing your 404 error

Hi there,

I have been looking into making our Error 404 page a little more helpful,
perhaps with links to the popular areas of our site.
I found some great instructions for doing just that with Microsoft IIS,
Apache, Netscape, Webstar, and Lotus Domino.  Unfortunately we have an
Alpha running VMS. Does anybody out there know how to edit the 404 error on
an Alpha?
