Free online university

Those of you interested in online learning and distance learning will
probably be interested in the following article from today's Washington
Post. High-tech billionaire Michael Saylor is going to donate $100 million
towards creating a tuition-free  online university.  The article notes:
"Eventually, he wants his nonprofit university to "become a cyber Library of
Congress."
