My favorite site for exploring security on Windows is http://www.jsiinc.com/

The web4lib Web Manager's Reference Center has some good links too!

While we are on the topic, I am suprised that there aren't any good guides to
how libraries have used IEAK and other registry tricks to control their public
IE computers. I have documented what seems like years worth of efforts in
abusing Netscape Navigator, <http://www.dayton.lib.oh.us/~kambitsch/>, but I've
not see similar library specific guides to controlling Internet Explorer.
