[WEB4LIB] dns trouble

You should check your DNS settings. If you have filled 2 DNS addresses, and
one of them is not responding (usually the first DNS entry), your machine
might not use the second entry. This is a known problem in previous winX
dial-up networking.
Why don't you try using only one working DNS Server?
Don't forget to check microsoft's knowledge base.
