Enlarging Netscape

Think horses - not zebras 

Being fortunate enough not to have a need for it (yet) - I had completely
forgotten about the ctrl-] and ctrl-[ functions built into Netscape.

That still leaves me looking for a tool to enlarge our locally held apps --
but --
those make up a very small percentage of our use -- so this will be a great
help
