The problem with the analysis done by Rumsey is that most people and most
library users don't care about such things.
They will look through what is there until they find what they are looking
for. That does not mean that don't need to improve it just means that such
analysis leaves saying "SO WHAT?" If a user came to with this kind of
search I would suggest using HIV as a search term.
