problem with Hotmail

Are others having problems getting to Hotmail.  Our Reference librarians
just told me that our users have had problems getting to Hotmail since
Monday afternoon.

We don't have a problem letting them use Hotmail, but they haven't been able
to get to it.  I just wanted to make sure this wasn't just a problem at our
organization.  (Sometimes the powers that be make a decision and forget to
tell us about it)
