To be fair, the article does say "to be posted at..." -- implying that it's
not there yet.  But in that case I think they shouldn't have made the URL a
hotlink until it was actually there.

It is what I have come to expect of ALA.  They set standards for everyone
else but can't meet their own standards such as making sure links work.
Reminds me of how they run their online store.  ALA is technologically
backward.  I write reviews for Choice.  They still will not accept e-mail
submissions.  I also write for reviews for Library Journal.  They do accept
e-mail submissions; in fact, they encourage it.
