Disable or change the URL of the My Netscape Button

I'm frequently asked how to disable or change the URL of the My Netscape
button in Netscape 4.x browsers.  I've posted those instructions to the list
in the past but I've finally gotten around to creating a tutorial page that
explains how to do that.  It has been added to my collection of tutorials on
