[WEB4LIB] re: of mouse balls and such

To try the "one more thing", he had to get where we had the
problem.  That meant entering in the same search term.  He
entered nothing differently than I had, took no unique
keystrokes.  The only difference was whose hands were on the
keyboard.  

During other attempts to get him to see the problem, he did what
you suggested, standing and describing what to do.  The database
worked every time when he did that.  Try it the next day when he
wasn't around, it didn't work.  Same steps, same search.  Thus my
request to him that he say nothing and just watch.
