[WEB4LIB] Subject Index to Literature on Electronic Sources o f Information

I am using Netscape and search individual pages by using Netscape's
searching facility:  CTRL F.  I would like to introduce quite a few
improvements to the Index [such as linking 'see reference' to the proper
subject headings, linking acronyms to full names or even linking
individual names to full bibliographic citations] but just don't have
resources to do it.
