Someone had asked about pay-for-printing solutions, we
have had _relatively_ few problems with GoPrint--www.goprint.com

It's not cheap--but the cards that we use for the printing are
the same ones we use for copy machines. We're on Novell,
looks like it works with NT and Unix as well.
