On March 16-17 there will be an Electronic Documents Conference at the
National Institute of Standards and Technology, in Gaithersburg, Maryland,
that may be of interest to the members of this list.  The full information

Because the conference is not being promoted through a commercial
conference packager with an advertising budget and brochures, information
