I thought this seemed like a familiar problem, and sure enough,
suggestions have appeared on comp.infosystems.www.browsers.ms-windows.  No
guarantees here, but people who seem to know what they're talking about
suggest:  1. Exit Netscape.  2. Delete the file netscape.hst.  3. Delete
the entire cache directory--emptying the cache from within Netscape won't
do it.
