[WEB4LIB] Need a TIFF plug-in

For TIFFs, we use QuickView Plus
( http://www.jasc.com/product.asp?pf_id=006 ), but there is a free plugin
(linked from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office site, BTW) at
http://www.cartesianinc.com/Products/CPCLite/.
