Netscape Proxy and hotmail

We are running Netscape proxy 3.52  on NT workstation 4 with SP5 for public 
access.

I have users trying to access Hotmail with Netscape and IE browsers.
When trying to do a send or a delete from their inbox, they get a blank
page in IE and an error document contains no data in Netscape.  If I
use our Microsoft proxy (staaf access) no problems.

Any suggestions?
