Fortres error

Has anyone ever experienced this error when using Fortres?

FDIcopy0failed:  code 11 [user aborted]

I've just installed some brand-new Dells as public machines and I'm
getting this on all of them. Never had this problem with Fortres before.
They're Win 98 and only run Navigator 4.08 for web browsing and access to
a WebPac catalog.
