WEB STANDARDS GROUP "INCENSED" AT MICROSOFT
Saying that it's "incensed by Microsoft's arrogance," a coalition of
developers and users called the Web Standards Project is charging that
Microsoft has broken its promise to develop its Internet Explorer 5.5
browser software in conformance with World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
standards. The group's position is that Microsoft's action will make it
almost impossible for developers to create documents that follow W3C
