Job Responsibilities:
Web content manager of Intranet and Internet site for Professional Services
business unit. Closely align information architecture and interface to serve
key audiences, including Sales and Services organizations. Responsible for
content management, page layout and structure of business units external web
presence. Program management for the Intra.doc! knowledge management system
that is used for Professional Services staff internally.

Job Requirements:
Work closely with diverse groups of content providers, including VPs,
Directors, Product and Marketing managers to gather requirements to design
internal and external websites to meet the needs of key audiences. Project
management internal and external resources, including programmers, graphic
designers, marketing communications program managers, website managers,
professional writers and consultants to deliver websites to meet and exceed
the requirements of supported business unit. Project participant in core
Intranet teams within the company. Chartered with the responsibility for the
development and implementation of infrastructure requirements, content
organization, policies, business processes and tools, along with training and
education. Project lead for knowledge management system Intra.doc! within
the PSG business unit. Chartered with the responsibility for the
development and implementation of infrastructure requirements, content
organization, policies, business processes and tools, along with training and
education.

Education:
Webpage construction, including management of complex tables using HTML
coding; basic UNIX, Perl, and JavaScript skills; Adobe PhotoShop from
graphics creation and editing. Cataloging, indexing, and researching.
Implementation of document management system including Intra.doc!; database
creation and management, including FileMaker Pro; Multimedia applications
including Eloquent; Collaborative systems including Latitude, PlaceWare,
and WebEx. Excellent written and oral communication skills; Microsoft
office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.
