DRA - location group filter

Web4Lib,

One of our member libraries wants to implement the location_group_filter
variable under DRA's Web2. I've taken a few stabs at this, bit without
success.

If there is anyone out there who has successfully done this, I would
appreciate any pointers that you may have to offer.

If you need to contact me off-list for specifics, that would be fine.
