collaborative browsing software for distance support

Hi

I would be interested in hearing if anybody has implemented any 
collaborative browsing software for support of distance students, 
eg. the likes of Cosmocall agent

or Balisoft's Live Contact
http://www.balisoft.com/products/livecontact.html

Or any other package that allows a distance user to page a 
Librarian, set up a chat session and give the Librarian the ability to 
take over the users browser. It is the last function that I am 
particularly interested in.
