Netscape Problem

Any ideas for this problem our lab technicians are having

The Problem: Since Netscape Navigator stores it's profile information in a
public directory, it is easy for a user to re-establish a connection to a
website from a previous user's session. For example, they could potentially
check that person's Hotmail or possibly even a secure site. There needs to
be some way to keep people's profile information in a secure location,
preferably under their Windows NT profile.
