idle time out

We run Netscape on several of our OPAC PC's from Carl's Everybody's Menu.
We would like to have Netscape time out if it is idle for a specified
length of time, such as 10 minutes.  Is there any way to do that?  Any good
product to do that?

We are on a peer to peer network.
