Need Netscape whiz

Ok all you wonderful Netscape fans --

In IE I can pass a command line parameter to my TN3270 application (QWS3270Plus) by appending %20 and the parameter to the URL 
example
instead of just tn3270://10.10.1.1
which would only take me to the 'default' screen at that location
I can enter
tn3270://10.10.1.1%20-zcatalog/
and it takes me to the location and runs the predefined session named catalog/

Like you I LOVE Netscape --- so tell me --
How do I make it do this simple chore for me that its 'lesser' cousin does so well
