this really depends on how you handle all the webpages
my library have an alumni to help in autoring the webpage, although i still
have the administrative right on handling all the rights, but he answer
most of the questions.
you may have several persons which receive the mails that arrive the
webmaster email account
my webpage webmaster's email automatically forward all the mails to my
personal mailbox and the author's mailbox
