ViaGrafix (http://www.viagrafix.com/) has training materials in both video
and CD-ROM formats. I've seen a couple of their CDs on MS Office
applications, and think they're well-done. The CD-ROMs are pretty much
just video presentations, rather than hands-on training tools, buts it's
easy to repeat or skip sections as needed.
A humorous note: After my library bought a couple of this company's
products and sent the invoice to the village for payment, someone at
village hall called the library office with questions about the bill from
"Viagra Fix."
