If Unisys doesn't create the impression of enforcement they might loose the
rights to it.

This is all like worrying that you'll be hunted down for royalty payments
for signing Happy Birthday at your child's party. It is really a non-issue
that everyone seems to be concerned about when there are much better and
bigger things to be getting a headache over.
