Top 200 changing hands

I would like to announce that, as of today, Dr. April Bohannen, of Texas
Women's University, and her LS 5143 Library Technical Services class,
are the proud owners and updaters of the Top 200 Technical Services
Benefits of Home Page Development page. It's been a long and very
enjoyable run (Top 200 started in 1995), but I haven't been able to
maintain it, and I think this solution will be beneficial to all. After
all, I'm being replaced by at least 10 people ;-) George Janczyn,
Webmaster of TPOT at UCSD, will continue to upload and administer the
site.
