This one is wrong.

> telnet://catalyst@catalyst.boisestate.edu,

This one is cirrect and works fine for me (QVT/Term 4.15).

> telnet://login:password@catalyst.boisestate.edu/

This is also correct.

Whether or not this works is totally dependant on the telnet application
they're using.  I would recommend putting username in the telnet URL for those
with decent telnet apps, but also providing the username on the page for those
still suck with that poor excuse for telnet that Microsoft ships with
Win95/98.
