[WEB4LIB] IE5.0 and AltaVista

I just tested this from home running a beta version of IE5 on Win98 over a
cable modem and was able to connect. If I'm *ever* able in get IE5 from
Microsoft's site, I'll test it on my NT machine at work and let you know.
