its a decimal host address. the sam spade spam site has a converter to
view this as a dotted-quad ip address: http://samspade.org/t/url.cgi

NB some version of MSIE had a security glitch where it would view
decimal host addresses as `local', e.g. on your local net. i couldn't
find the MS patch mentioned in this article:
