Netscape problem

We have encountered a problem with Netscape on many of the workstations in
our library. After using the Web for a while with Netscape, the links on
any Web page cease to work. It is possible to use the back and forward
buttons or to enter a URL directly. When a link, however, is selected,
nothing happens. This happens with both Netscape 4.05 and 4.08 and occurs
on both Windows95 and NT workstations. Clearing the cache does not help.
The only solution is to reboot the workstation.
If anyone else has experienced this problem and found a solution, we'd
appreciate hearing about it.
