Blacklist updates

A number of updates have been made to the blacklist of web chat, web email 
and web game playing sites.   You can check http://www.84.com/blacklist.htm 
for the original list, plus updates.

Shortly after ALA I'll provide an even newer, merged list, with at least 
fifty more additions that one of my colleagues has found, at the URL cited 
above.  We now have a procedure in place to make updates regularly and post 
them in a more timely manner.

Your suggestions, additions, and corrections are earnestly solicited.
