I know this is dumb, but it might work.  Why not put a label on the frame
of the computer monitor that states your policy.  It would be visible at
all times.  I hate the idea and make a "joke" that many like to put enough
paper on a computer that it is totally hidden from sight.  But this may be
reason for an exception.
