Sadly, Netscape 4.5 seems unable to extend this setting to colors and
backgrounds set with CSS.
The question of controlling users' printing is very similar to the
question of hiding source code, which comes up repeatedly in web
newsgroups. The overarching answer is that once you send a file, the
amount of control you have over its use is exactly none. There may or may
not be hacks you can throw out in an attempt to exploit a particular
browser's bugs but you cannot thwart someone who is moderately
knowledgeable and moderately motivated.
