Linking to Votewatch

It appears that my problem with linking to certain pages has no easy solution. 
For those of you who might also work with local legislative information on your
Web site, my workaround was to find it somewhere else.  Project Vote Smart
<http://www.vote-smart.org> has what I needed on our local House and Senate
members and more, and I included a link to the general Congressional Quarterly
pages so users can search those if they wish.
