I am not familiar with Watchdog but there is a similar product called
Centurion Guard http://www.centuriontech.com/index.htmlthat I have seen
demonstrated. Basically it is a hardware solution that creates a protected
partition on the hard drive where an clean image or copy of your system is
kept. Patrons can alter the system anyway they want and a reboot copies the
protected image over changes and restores the system to it's original
state. I have spoken to a couple of public library system administrators
who use the product and like it.

It looks like a good idea for a computer lab environment since it allows
essentially normal access to all of Windows for learning purposes. I'm not
so sure I want to use it alone our public library machines as I really don't
want the public making changes that require staff intervention (the reboot)
to clear up. One of the people I spoke to that uses the product also uses it
with a software solution (Fortress I think) to avoid that problem.

Now that a new fiscal year is underway I plan on ordering one of the devices
for evaluation purposes. If anyone is interested in my opinion of it let me
know and I'll share.

Different concept of watchdog card than I was thinking. Also, I was unable
to resolve this URL. Try the following:

http://209.91.99.11/product.htm
