Library book censoring

[Michael Ming, Hung]

Recently, in Hong Kong, there is a public discussion of censoring books
mentioning sex scene in the fiction. And how does the public library
authority censor the books.
I just want to ask how other countries do this, and what is their policy?
how is this done in public library as well as school libraries.
