[WEB4LIB] Adobe photoshop & Frontpage

I currently use Photoshop 5 and FP98 with no real problems, though Photoshop
isn't as web-centric as I'd like. Recently got MS PhotoDraw2000 and my
experience creating and converting images for the web has been excellent--v.
nicely optimized (you get a number of resolutions to select from when saving
for the web). Something to consider.
