[WEB4LIB] Converting from Word or WordPerfect to HTML

We recently got HoTMetaL Pro 5, and it does a much better job of
converting Word documents to HTML than does Word itself (I know, how could
it do worse?). A common freeware solution is to save the documents in RTF
format and use rtf2html to convert them.
