Marie,

Could you please give me more details of the specific URL for the
article in the Financial Times of London, February 1, 1999?  Even as a
registered user of Financial Times, I am unable to locate Davenport's
article, either as a phrase search or by author search?  Could it be
that there is no searching available for the Mastering Information
Management special section of the newspaper?
