Caveat from our intranet Webmaster who uses FP 2000 for some special
features in addition to Dreamweaver and HomeSite... If you are "god"
(administrator) on your Web server, when you change something like themes in
a particular directory and then either publish the new files to the server
or copy them back into the directory, your "new" theme will overwrite the
look of the pages in every other directory, sometimes hosing JavaScripts
along the way. Apparently, this is done without any warning. Also, this
doesn't happen if you are not "god" and have publishing permissions to a
single directory only.
