Not only that, but you can offer helpful answers to common questions so
users can find answers faster than it takes for the webmaster group to
respond.  Ours looks like:

  http://www.cwru.edu/cgi-bin/AuroraFeedback

..and it exists as the first of four required elements at the bottom of
each page of the server.
