Try looking into CybraryN by TrueData, WatchDog, TimeWise.
Search some software download sites for time-out software. For what you
said you needed, I think CybraryN would be the best place to start.
Good Luck and if I can be of more help let me know. I have some info on
limiting on-line databases in Netscape as well.
