[WEB4LIB] re: netmeeting for remote reference

Check out the service called WebEx (www.webex.com), which does not 
require an explicit download -- the software gets installed 
automatically.  They also have a server version that supports 
teleconferences.  I've been writing some technical materials for them 
and am very impressed with the functionality.
