[WEB4LIB] Test page, please look and comment

Our expereince with a pulldown menu similar to yours is some people
like it a lot, because it collects so many resources in one place;
others don't like it, because it collects too many resources in
one place and they like a more hierarchical approach. Some people
cited the difficulty in using a pulldown menu because it requires
more mouse skills; others say that it is confusing, because they
tend to make a selection in one category and then click on the GO
for another category.
